Court Rentals/Events – Cancellation Policy

Online Booking Court Rentals:

• Full payment is required at the time of reservation
• All cancellation requests made seven days before the rental date will be offered a full refund with the exception of a $25 processing fee
• Any request within seven days will not be refunded

Full Facility or Large Event Rentals:

• 50% of total fee is required for reservation deposit, the other 50% is due on the event date
• All cancellation requests made 30 days before the event date may receive a refund, with the exception of a $25 processing fee
• Any cancellation within 30 days of the event date will not receive a refund of the 50% deposit.
