Camps Cancellation Policy

1 Day Mini Camps:

Cancellation requires written notice to info@rosecityfutsal.com 3 full days prior to the Camp start date. If done so, Camp registration will be returned in full, except for a $15 administration fee. If a player cancels less than 3 days prior to camp or after a camp has already started, only 50% of the camp fee will be refunded.

2 Day Holiday Camps:

Cancellation requires written notice to info@rosecityfutsal.com 7 full days prior to the Camp start date. If done so, Camp registration will be returned in full, except for a $25 administration fee. If a player cancels within seven days of a given camp or after a camp has already started, half of the remaining prorated camp days tuition will be refunded (for example: if a player cancels after two days of camps, 50% of the cost of the remaining days of camp will be refunded). If a player is injured and provides a doctor’s note, RCF will refund the remaining classes prorated amount from the time notice is received (make sure to inform RCF about injury as soon as possible).
