Youth League – Game Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Effective starting 7/10/23

Game Reschedule Policy and Fee – Each team is permitted one reschedule request, without a fee, provided they submit their request to reschedule during the preliminary schedule period.  Any reschedule requests after this period must be submitted at least seven days before the game and will incur a fee of $150.

  • The Preliminary Phase typically begins 10 days before the start of the league and typically concludes 5 days after that.

Cancellation Fee Reschedule requests submitted fewer than seven days before the game will NOT be granted.  These will be treated as a cancellation and will incur a fee of $225 ($95 to the opposing team, $35 to the referee & referee administration and $95 to Rose City Futsal for administration and staffing fees)

Membership Fee – All players participating in RCF leagues and classes must CHECK-IN with a valid Player/Membership Card via the scanner at the services desk.  Spectators do not need a membership card check in.  All Players and Coaches for Youth and Adult Leagues must purchase a scannable Player/Membership Card. Annual membership cards are $20 and will auto-renew one year from the date of purchase. Player/Membership Cards can be purchased through the Player/Membership Card / Self Service. 

  • Members can opt out of their membership at any time prior to the renewal date, one year from purchase by completing the “Membership Cancellation Form” on the Rose City Futsal website.

Unauthorized Individual Fine Team Manager and/or Club representative is responsible for any individual on the court during league play without an active and valid membership card. Team’s are also responsible for their spectators. Spectators who enter the court or interfere with the operation of league matches are considered unauthorized regardless of RCF membership status. This is subject to a $250 fine.
