Futsal is a lower contact sport, but just like soccer contact will be made, and our competitive natures will emerge. Please follow our player expectations and policies to ensure that every participant goes home healthy and happy!
BEFORE YOU PLAY
- Review all RCF policies, procedures, and cancellation and reschedule policies
- All requests MUST be made in writing to info@rosecityfutsal.com (save it in your phone)
- Review Rose City Futsal’s House Rules
- Ages: Adult league players must be at least 14 years old. All players under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
- Player Cards: All players must purchase a $10 annual membership card prior to league play.
(A $2 temporary stamp is available in the event you forget your card) - Referee Fees: Are included with team fees.
BE PREPARED FOR GAMES
- Check-In at the front desk.
- Place your player card for all league on your team bench for the referee to view.
- Bring light and dark colored jerseys in anticipation of possible color conflicts
- Shin guards are recommended but not mandatory – they must be entirely covered by socks
- Change into your futsal shoes inside the facility – No street shoes allowed on the court
- Teams must have a minimum of 3 players prior to kick-off for the game to start
RESPECT THE PLAYER
- Treat your fellow players the way you want to be treated by remaining under control both physically and emotionally and by playing fairly. Fair Play=Fun Play!
- Unsafe play or poor sportsmanship by any team or individual is not acceptable.
- Please model your behavior with the expectation that everyone has work, families and friends to get home to, and that participation is meant to be recreational and fun.
RESPECT THE REFEREE
- Please obey all signals and instructions
- The referee’s call is final on all court issues
- If you have questions, wait until an appropriate time and communicate in a calm and respectful manner.
- Any productive feedback regarding referees must be submitted through the Referee Feedback Form on our website
PLEASE BE AWARE
- We reserve the right to prohibit participation from our programs to any player or team if we determine unacceptable behavior is exhibited
- Players that receive a RED CARD will be asked to leave the facility immediately and will serve a minimum 2 week (15 day) suspension
