Frequently Asked Questions
We partner with a Northwest Indoor Referee to provide referees for all the games played at RCF. We offer players the opportunity to give thoughtful, helpful feedback to the referee team through our Referee Evaluation process.
We schedule all games at the start of the season. We show your preliminary schedule early so you can make requests without service fees before the final schedule is released! Preliminary schedules are released approximately 10 days before the start of the season.
Each team is afforded 1 reschedule-request, and team managers are notified via email that their preliminary schedule is up for review. This email also has information about how to request a schedule change, deadlines, etc. All of this is done through email, so don’t opt-out or unsubscribe from RCF emails.

Your team can register for Champions League play on our website. Every player will need to be a member at RCF.

Membership
Every RCF player needs their personal player card, given as part of the $20 annual membership. It gives you access to our facilities.

Champions League games are on Mondays and Tuesdays! Come play your heart out and celebrate a good game in Clive's Pub afterward.
Auto-Renewal & VIP Teams
RCF Adult League Auto-Renewal is for teams who are interested in taking the hassle out of registering each seasons to play at Rose City Futsal. We know life can get hectic, so let us help take away the stress of re-signing up your team every session!
Teams that are not on Auto-Renewal and are playing in a current session are considered VIPs and have the opportunity to re-register for the upcoming session before it opens to the public.
