Soccer Training for Adults in Portland

If you sign up for a class midway through an active session, we will only charge you for the remaining classes of the session. Please email academy@rosecityfutsal.com prior to registering to receive your custom pro-rated fee. 

We do not offer prorated fees or refunds for planned absences or voluntarily missed classes or camp days due to personal reasons (such as travel, illness, or schedule conflicts). Additionally, we cannot offer prorated sign-ups in advance, as we are unable to hold spots for mid-session participants.

Typically, our adult classes cater more towards folks who are new to futsal or to those who are looking to develop their skills in a friendly environment.

Many of our Adult Academy participants are in D3, D4, or D5 adult leagues (or would participate at that level), but individuals who play at higher levels also frequently attend.

Our coaches meet players at their individual skill levels, supporting everyone’s growth while encouraging experienced players to help newer teammates build their skills.

All Soccer Star, Youth Academy, and Adult Academy class cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to academy@rosecityfutsal.com. Cancellation requests made 7 or more days prior to the start of the class will receive a refund, minus a $50 registration fee, or may be transferred to an available class. If a player cancels within 6 days of a given class, or if the class has already started, half of the remaining prorated class tuition will be refunded (e.g. If a player cancels after 2 classes, 50% of the cost of the remaining 5 classes will be refunded). 

Refunds will not be issued after the fourth scheduled class date. 

Exceptions due to extenuating circumstances may be made, i.e. if a player is injured or sick and provides adequate documentation. RCF may refund the remaining classes’ prorated amount from the time notice is received or provide a transfer option. 

Rose City Futsal does not provide prorated fees/refunds for voluntarily missed classes or hold/give credit towards future classes/camps/events. 

Rose City Futsal reserves the right to cancel any program. If a program is cancelled, we will do our best to offer an alternative option. If no alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.
