We’ve gathered everything you need to know in one place! Whether you’re joining a league, signing up for a class, or visiting for the first time, this page covers our most common questions along with important rules and policies to help everyone have a great futsal experience at Rose City Futsal.
We offer one free trial class per session for players who have never attended RCF classes before. This is a great opportunity to see if the program is a good fit for your player. To request a free trial class, please complete our Free Trial Class Contact Form.
Please note that during our busiest seasons, free trial availability may be limited. If all class options are full, we may not be able to accommodate a trial. Free trials must be scheduled with our Academy Team and completed within the same session. They cannot be scheduled during the first or last week of a session.
Siblings are defined as children who reside in the same household and are under the care of the same parent/guardian.
We offer a sibling discount for our Youth Academy Camps. When two siblings register for the same camp, each player will receive a 10% discount. Please contact academy@rosecityfutsal.com to request this discount prior to registering. Retroactive refunds will not be granted.
Please note that the sibling discount only applies to Youth Academy Camps and does not extend to other programs. The sibling discount may not be combined with other discounts.
We do not offer reimbursements for missed classes; however, we will do our best to help schedule a make-up class when possible. During our busiest seasons, availability may be limited, and if all class options are full, a make-up may not be accommodated or guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for missed make-up classes.
Make-up classes must be scheduled with our Academy Team and completed within the same session of the missed class, and cannot be scheduled during the first or last week of the session.
Each player is allowed one make-up class per session. Exceptions may apply under our Act of God/Inclement Weather Cancellation policy. To request a make-up class or discuss your options, please contact us at academy@rosecityfutsal.com.
If you sign up for a class midway through an active session, we will only charge you for the remaining classes of the session. Please email academy@rosecityfutsal.com prior to registering to receive your custom pro-rated fee.
We do not offer prorated fees or refunds for planned absences or voluntarily missed classes or camp days due to personal reasons (such as travel, illness, or schedule conflicts). Additionally, we cannot offer prorated sign-ups in advance, as we are unable to hold spots for mid-session participants.

Your self-service account is able to create relationships with family members, coaches, and players. A relationship request must be accepted by the other member.
Once the relationship is created you may register them for a session and use your package purchase to pay for the session.
This can be very useful when registering a group for Power 90. This is also a way to transfer package purchases if you are unable to use them.
For a family with multiple players at RCF, you may create relationships. This allows the parent to see invoices for the entire family.
It does not allow the parent to change profile pictures for other family members.
Please create a self-service account for the player who needs the membership/player card.
- Go to RCF Self-Service.
- Click “Login” from the bar on the left.
- Enter your username and password, and click “Login.”

Annual membership cards are $20 and will auto-renew one year from the date of purchase. Player/membership cards can be purchased through the player/membership card self-service.

Teams are also responsible for their spectators. Spectators who enter the court or interfere with the operation of league matches are considered unauthorized regardless of RCF membership status. This is subject to a $250 fine.
