As the weather cools off and you're spending more time indoors, it's hard not to get stir crazy. Help your kids burn off some energy! If you're looking for youth soccer leagues in Portland, there's no better place to exercise, play, and socialize than Rose City Futsal. We offer Youth Leagues for futsal players ages 5 to 16, with divisions available for any level of skill and experience. Whether your child has played soccer or futsal their whole life, or they're looking to try something new, our leagues are the perfect way to get moving and have fun.

We offer 3 sessions of Youth Leagues in addition to our RCF Cup tournament. In the fall, we host 3v3 game play for U6 and U7. Our Winter I and Winter II sessions are 5v5 for U8 to U16, and these age groups are divided into two divisions: competitive and recreational. The Winter II season also offers 3v3 for U6 and U7. The RCF Cup is reserved for 5v5 game play with D1 players in the U8 to U14 age groups.
Our D1 Youth Leagues are for competitive players ages U8 to U16. These 5v5 games take place during Winter I and Winter II.
The D2 Youth Leagues are great for beginners or new players ages U8 to U16. These games are also 5v5 and occur during Winter I and Winter II.
Our Spring and Fall sessions offer 3v3 game play for ages U6 and U7. These sessions are great for players coming from our Soccer Stars and Youth Academy classes.
For our 5v5 Youth Leagues, we recommend having 7 to 8 players per game. For 3v3 games, we recommend 5 to 6 players. You can have a maximum of 10 players and 2 coaches on the bench.
The rosters aren’t fixed, so you can add players throughout the season. Players can also play in multiple age groups and teams.

Teams will have 10 to 12 minutes of warm-up time on their court. Games are played hourly on each court. We stagger the start times at each facility to alleviate traffic and make check-in run as smoothly as possible.
Players must wear a jersey or shirt that distinguishes them from the opposing team. Goalkeepers must wear colors that distinguish them from the other players and the referees. Players in the Youth Leagues must wear shin guards that are entirely covered by socks.
Cleats are not allowed. Any jewelry or accessories that might present a danger to the player wearing it or other players on the pitch is not allowed. We also prohibit any clothing or gear that might give a player or team an unfair advantage.

At RCF, it's easy to register for youth soccer leagues in Portland! Once you and your child have found or formed a team, get started by signing up online.
Step 2
Every player at RCF needs a membership and player card to access the facilities. Annual memberships cost $20 for the whole year and can be purchased online.
Step 3
Check out the game schedule to know when your kid plays. While they have fun on the court, you can watch from the mezzanine level or cheer them on from the main floor!
