Indoor Soccer Rental in Portland

Online Booking Court Rentals:

• We require full payment at the time of reservation.
• For cancellation requests made 7 days before the rental date, we will offer a full refund with the exception of a $25 processing fee.
• We will not offer refunds for any requests submitted within 7 days of the rental date.

Full Facility or Large Event Rentals:

• We require 50% of the total for the reservation deposit. The other 50% is due on the event date.
• All cancellation requests made 30 days before the event date may receive a refund, with the exception of a $25 processing fee.
• We will not refund the 50% deposit for any cancellations within 30 days of the event date.

Everyone who participates in your rental or event at Rose City Futsal must complete an online waiver prior to the event. If any participants have a player/membership card already, this will help speed up the check-in process, but it’s not required for all participants.

When you book an indoor soccer rental in Portland at Rose City Futsal, we will provide age-appropriate balls and pinnies for participants. All participants must wear non-marking flat-soled shoes. This includes futsal-specific shoes and most tennis shoes and sneakers.

We do not allow any outdoor soccer cleats, turf shoes, or any other shoes with studs.
